Scheme of Work Outline for Athletics Primary PE
Weeks 1-2:
Introduction to Athletics and Running Techniques
The first two weeks serve as an introduction to athletics and the development of running techniques. Students will understand the importance of athletics and the basic skills and rules involved. Week 3-4:
Jumping, Hurdles, and Throwing
