The objectives are to perform a proper warm-up, transfer learned skills into a competitive situation, and influence the game in both attack and defense. The session includes a warm-up, a 1v1 skills drill, and a game where students apply their skills. Key teaching points include understanding the defender, decision-making factors, passing, and dribbling techniques. The lesson concludes with a plenary to reflect on personal performance, teamwork, and areas for improvement. Peer assessments and team discussions are integral to enhance learning and prepare for the next round of games.
